Include your device model, iOS version, and app version (Settings → Tsalagi → About).

Restart the app (swipe up from the app switcher) and try again.
Ensure you have the Cherokee keyboard enabled (Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard… → Cherokee).
Sound issues? Check your device volume and silent switch; try headphones.
Reinstall the app if problems persist (this may reset local progress).

Do you store personal data?
See our Privacy Policy. The app primarily stores progress locally on your device.
